While at Lee Valley Tools, I was occasionally asked to create illustrations for a customer newsletter they used to publish. Cryogenically-treated metals for tool blades were all the rage, and we were publishing an article about the advantages and disadvantages of the process.
In the end, they went without an illustration for the article due to space limitations, but this is the one I had submitted.
